These Terms of Service govern your use of the Keyframe Co LLC website and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate information when ordering. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login information secure. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe each comic accurately. Raw comics are sold based on the listing photographs and written condition notes; grading is subjective unless a book is sealed in a holder graded by the identified third-party grading company. Colors may vary by display. Manufacturing tolerances and disclosed defects are not grounds for claiming an item was misrepresented.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change before purchase. Taxes and shipping charges are shown where applicable. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, purchase-limit violations, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for that order.

The Keyframe Co name, logo, original site design, text, and original photography belong to Keyframe Co LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Comic titles, characters, cover art, publisher marks, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify products offered for sale.
The site may link to or rely on third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Keyframe Co LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or a purchase. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the item giving rise to that claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
