Returns require advance authorization and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To request a return, message us through our contact form within 14 calendar days after tracking shows delivery. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Do not ship anything back until Keyframe Co LLC issues return authorization and instructions.
Eligible items must be returned in the same original condition in which they were delivered: unread, unaltered, and bagged and boarded, with all original materials and packaging included. Items showing handling wear, damage, tampering, missing components, or a condition different from when shipped may be denied a refund.
Sale and clearance items are final sale. Graded or slabbed books are also final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by law.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service and protective packaging; Keyframe Co LLC is not responsible for a return that is lost or damaged in transit.
Receiving a return does not automatically qualify it for a refund. We will inspect the returned book after it arrives. A refund is issued only after the book passes inspection and the return is confirmed to meet this policy. Approved refunds cover the eligible item price only and are sent to the original payment method. The expected processing window will be provided when the refund is approved. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If you believe an item was damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent, contact us promptly through our contact form with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Do not discard packaging or return the item until instructions are provided. We will review the evidence and determine the appropriate resolution under applicable law.
