Shipping Policy

Order processing
We pack and ship every order ourselves from Roswell, Georgia. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. High-volume releases, preorders, or severe weather may require additional time; any known delay will be communicated when practical. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your shipping label is created.
Shipping rates
Shipping is priced at the live carrier rate for your address, shown at checkout before you pay — U.S. orders default to the cheapest USPS option and international orders are priced per destination country. You choose the method when ordering; the buyer pays all shipping charges. The rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Available shipping destinations, methods, rates, and estimated transit times are shown before purchase. Delivery dates are carrier estimates, not guarantees. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged on delivery are the customer's responsibility — they are not included in the shipping rate at checkout.
Packaging
Raw comics are bagged and boarded, supported with protective filler, and secured in a rigid comic mailer or suitable box. Graded books and larger orders receive packaging appropriate to their size and weight. We pack a maximum of 8 books per mailer so everything arrives safe and secure — orders of more than 8 books ship as multiple mailers inside a shipping box.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information is provided when the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking scans and delivery timing are controlled by the carrier. If tracking shows a delay, contact the carrier first, then email us if further help is needed.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address are the customer's responsibility.
Loss or damage
Inspect the package promptly after delivery. If an order arrives damaged or items are missing, send us a message through our contact form as soon as possible with the order number and clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label, packing materials, and affected item. Keep all packaging while the claim is reviewed. Resolution may depend on carrier requirements and available evidence.
Preorders and combined shipping
Preorder release dates may change at the publisher or distributor's discretion. For orders containing both preorder and in-stock items, the applicable combined- or split-shipping arrangement will be confirmed before purchase.
