Keyframe Co LLC
Packing Standards
Effective October 17, 2026
Every comic we sell is packed by hand, the same way we'd want our own books shipped to us. These are the standards every Keyframe Co order is packed to — no exceptions, no shortcuts.
Bagged and boarded
Every raw comic is bagged and boarded before it goes anywhere near a mailer. The bag keeps moisture and fingerprints off the book; the board keeps it flat and rigid from our table to your door.
Protective filler
Books are supported with protective filler so nothing shifts, slides, or takes a corner hit in transit. A comic that can move inside its package is a comic that can get damaged — so it doesn't move.
Rigid mailer
Orders are secured in a rigid comic mailer (or a suitable box for graded books and larger orders) that resists bending. We pack a maximum of 8 books per mailer so everything arrives safe and secure — orders of more than 8 books ship as multiple mailers inside a shipping box.
Tracked from handoff to delivery
Every shipment is tracked from handoff to delivery, and tracking information is provided when the carrier accepts the shipment. If anything about your package looks off when it arrives, keep the packaging and send us a message through our contact form with your order number and clear photographs — see the Shipping Policy for the full claim steps.
