Questions, answered straight.

Shipping, grading, returns, shows, rewards — the stuff people actually ask. Something missing? Ask us directly.

Orders & Shipping

How fast do orders ship?
Fast. Orders go out from Roswell, Georgia — usually within 1–2 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as the label prints. Full details are on the shipping policy page.
How are comics packed?
Like they matter. Every book is bagged and boarded, braced inside the mailer so it can't shift, and taped on the outside — never on the inside flap, so the mailer stays reusable. A book that arrives damaged is a packing failure, and packing is treated as part of the grade.
Which carrier do you use?
USPS is the default, and checkout picks the cheapest live rate for your package. Comic mailers go out as packages sized to the order — the weight you see at checkout is the real packed weight.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, where USPS delivers. International rates are calculated live at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import charges on their end.

Condition & Grading

How do you grade books?
With specifics, not vibes. Every listing calls out what's actually there — spine ticks, corner wear, color-breaking creases, spine stress, subscription folds, press candidates. If a book is truly NM, it'll say NM. If it isn't, you'll know exactly why.
Are the photos of the actual book?
The gallery shows the publisher's official cover art for the exact variant you're buying — front and back. Your copy is inspected by hand before it lists, and every defect we find is named in the description. If there's a flaw worth knowing about, it's written there in plain words.
What does “press candidate” mean?
It means the book has pressable defects — light spine bends, non-color-breaking ticks — that a professional press could likely improve. It's not a promise of a grade bump, just an honest read on the book's potential.

Returns

What's your return policy?
All sales are final, except when it's on us — if a book arrives damaged because of our packing, or we sent the wrong item, we make it right. The return policy has the full terms.
Who pays return shipping?
If the mistake was ours (wrong item, or damage from our packing or shipping), we cover the return shipping. Those are the only returns we accept, apart from any return the law requires — contact us first for authorization and instructions.

Live Shows

When are the Whatnot shows?
Twice a day — 4:00 PM and 8:30 PM ET, every day but Sunday. Follow keyframe_co on Whatnot so you don't miss one.
What sells on the shows?
Modern exclusives and hot variants — the same stock as the site, plus live-only drops during the shows. Live bidding, condition walkthroughs on camera, and first looks you won't see anywhere else.
Do you stream anywhere besides Whatnot?
Yes — Keyframe Co is also live on Palmstreet. Show announcements go out on Instagram @keyframeco_llc.

Rewards

How do rewards points work?
You earn 8 points for every $1 you spend. Every 100 points is $1 off a future order. New accounts start with a 250-point welcome bonus — that's $2.50 off your first order, on the house.
Where do I see my points?
In your account, under rewards. At checkout, tick the rewards box to spend your points — they never spend themselves.

Giveaways & Auctions

How do giveaways work?
Free to enter with a registered account — one entry per account. Winners are drawn at random when the giveaway closes, and shipping the prize is on us. Check the giveaways page for what's live now.
How do auctions work?
Timed bidding with a soft close: a bid in the final 2 minutes resets the clock to a full 2 minutes, and the auction ends when the timer runs out with no new bid. Live-show lots run sudden-death by default — or counter-bid resets on lots where the host turned sudden death off. Bids are binding and payment is due within 48 hours. The auction policy has the complete rules.
